I just got this PowerEdge R720XD and I'm experiencing a weird and annoying issue where the front fans (in front of the hard drives) are spinning up to probably 70%. When the system turns on and does the POST screen, the fans are at max RPM - SUPER loud, then they quiet down to about 70%. I have heard this system run MUCH quieter when I first got it. I have TrueNAS installed on it to use as a file server. Also, I have populated 10 drive bays, so maybe it's trying to cool all the drives? It's almost abnormally loud, check out the attached audio file. I don't feel much air coming out the back, and the sound is coming from the front.

Any ideas as to why? I've set the power profile to the lower setting in the BIOS, so I have no clue. Is it perhaps the OS (TrueNAS)? Any help greatly appreciated!
