iOS Dependencies and compatibility on Silicon Macs

Last year many of not most dependencies/pods weren't compatible with M1 Macs. Xcode had to be run with Rosetta2 or other hacks that were a mess.

What is your experience like now in 2021/22 with Xcode and 3rd party dependencies on Silicon Macs?
