Desktop & Screen Saver in SysPrefs broken

Hey everyone, just a warning that, at least over here, the "Desktop & Screen Saver" pane in System Preferences is very broken.

It's possible to still change the wallpaper, but you have to be quick, before the pane breaks and System Preferences hangs.

Let me know if you other Sierra users are experiencing this problem..

Yes having same issue on 2014 Mac Mini & 2012 Macbook Air. It may be a 4GB Ram thing as I've noticed sluggishness on the whole OS.

I don't believe it's related to RAM amount -- my rMBP with Sierra has 8GB, and the rest of the OS runs very fast.

Both working fine for me on 2013 rMBP 15"
