Okay it was down 5 minutes ago but this was displayed if you tried to access any of the Developer Program Resources pages.

UPDATE: Seems like it is up again. I'll wait until later to see if it is shut down.

Not a big shock. Is about 24 hours to 'launch' on the new stuff and this splash screen will get all the blogs going nuts an posting about it. Best free advertising Apple gets is when the store goes down. This is a spin on the same thing
