Developer Tools (FTP, text editor)

I just purchased a Verizon iPad and as a web developer it would be nice to be able to use it for development work. I am looking for a way to connect over FTP, and be able to work on and upload those files, it would also be nice if I could edit and upload images over FTP as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i would suggest taking a look at Coda - I've tried a few editors, and that's the one I keep coming back to.
