Apps Directv New app update won't let you agree to new terms

Directv Now updated its app today. And when you open the app, you have to agree to the new policy by clicking on 'I agree." However, the software defaults to 'not now.' As such, you can't use the app. I even tried uninstall and reinstall with the same problem on the Apple TV.

Edited to add: The phone app didn't have this problem. Going through the phone app removed the Apple TV block.

I did not have that problem after updating. I did have to sign in again though.
