Directv Now updated its app today. And when you open the app, you have to agree to the new policy by clicking on 'I agree." However, the software defaults to 'not now.' As such, you can't use the app. I even tried uninstall and reinstall with the same problem on the Apple TV.
Edited to add: The phone app didn't have this problem. Going through the phone app removed the Apple TV block.
