I recently restored my MacBook Pro (13inch, 2017, 4TB ports) to set it up as new and now the screen takes between 30 and 60 seconds to wake when woken up in any way.
Does someone know why this happens and how to fix it? The keyboard lights up, the trackpad clicks, but the Touch Bar and Screen remain off.

Restoring the machine doesn't do anything. The issue was present after reinstalling Monterey and Ventura, but not with Catalina as far as I could tell. Even on a blank machine without anything but the OS this happens. My guess is a bug since Monterey with non-T2 chip Macs that only ever becomes present after restoring the machine and thereby deleting a driver or something similar that doesn't get restored and causes this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
