Display Calibration

Ok, I'm really starting to feel like a noob these days - but here we go with my 3rd or 4th thread here.

I have 2 Dell 24" monitors on my new Quad - which is nice - but what's driving me absolutely batty is that even with calibration run several different times I can't quite get the monitors to match.

i'm close, but not close enough to not notice - especially when spanning one window across both.

So - anyone have any tips?
