Ehm, I installed Mojave yesterday, and noticed today this on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016):

I would for sure have noticed this before, so the only reason for me would be Mojave...? Any ideas?

Maybe you always had it but didn't see it because you probably haven't had a white background? But there is no way a software update can cause this.

I wouldn't be too dismissive.... I installed Mojave on my 2014 retina iMac on Monday and then commented a day later to my brother that my screen had bad light bleed on the right side on a black background that wasn't there "a few days ago". I didn't actually put 2 and 2 together.... would be a big coincidence......
