Display Port to HDMI or to USB-C ?

I am planning to buy a Mac Studio. I have an EIZO CG223W that has only DVI or Display Port output. I can find both cable/converters (to HDMI or to USB-C).

What's the best solution (in terms of quality and port availability on the Mac Studio)?

That display offers better color depth over DisplayPort, so I'd get a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter or cable rather than use HDMI.
