Hi,

My young daughter has recently downloaded Instagram and Facebook without my knowledge and I feel the time has come to set parental restrictions.

Ideally I wish to not only prevent them from buying/downloading apps, but also wish to restrict their usage within YouTube and safari. Furthermore, I wish to block websites that are not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

A weekly report of their ‘screen time’ would be nice too.

Functions like phone calls and iMessages would remain unrestricted.

I’m wondering if I do all this on her iPhone SE, or from my iPhone X?

On my iPhone X, I’ll go into settings, and under family sharing it says this: (pictured)
