Do new iOS 10 notifications come through in landscape ?

Just got thinking. I use my Tom Tom sat Nav multiple times a day due to work. My Kenu holder cradles the 6s + perfectly in landscape & away I go.

Now with the phone in landscape, how do these new notification banners look. I know the 6s + is a large screen , but surely it needs to be with what looks like an Increase in banner size. Likewise in home screen widgets. When swiping to access , how do they all look in landscape ? Again , surely you can only see at least 2 widgets due to size. Something like weather must fill the entire screen.

I'd be interested in your answers & any pics you may provide.

They appear in the bubble just like portrait (not edge-to-edge). Were notification hidden in iOS 9?

Was watching Euro (with delay) when notification from SofaScore spoiled it.
