General Do not disturb across multiple devices

I haven’t read about this being a feature on iOS 12, but is there way that I can turn on do not disturb for my iPad iPhone and MacBook Pro? It’s annoying when I turn on do not disturb for a single iMessage conversation or on my phone and then have my iPad and Mac constantly make noise in the background. I shouldn’t have to turn do not disturb on/off on every single device every single time I want to activate or deactivate the feature.

Am I missing something? I can’t be the only person that has this complaint. Any other solutions in the meantime?

I want this feature for a while as well but sadly its still missing on iOS 12.
