Do you ever get stumped by non-puzzles?

I admit it: I sometimes get stumped by non-puzzles in games. For example, there was a scene in a Lego game where you're just supposed to go through a door and enter the next section. For some reason I just didn't notice the door - it kind of faded into the background. I spent a long time wandering trying to figure it out.

Does this happen to anyone else?
