MP All Models Do you expect any changes with M3 Mac Pro besides new SOC?

Would it make sense that Apple releases with M3 Mac Pro new dedicated PCI cards for Apple Silicon Mac Pros in the field of AI and 3D graphic design maybe with also added RAM on the cards? And perhaps upgrade PCI to v.4? Would it be useful for up to date power user computing use cases which I guess are developing or using VR & AI apps?
