iPhone 12 Pro Do you lose your place in line if your order gets put on hold?

My bank suddenly blocked my purchase early this morning and I’m just realizing this now. I called my bank and they’ve been fixed.

however I’m still waiting for Apple to pick up the call, just wondering if you lose your place in line? I was supposed to get it on launch day, but the shipping date is no longer available

It should be fine, they attempt multiple authorisations to get the money.
