iPhone Does anybody recognize this in settings?

As far as I can tell, this has been remotely customized. It’s not the basic “go back”, etc. shortcut commands for a keyboard, or, does everybody’s iPhone come like this? I’m confused because I have three active iPhones and they are all set up this way. Lmk please if your settings are the same. It will put my mind at ease. Ty in advance.
