iPhone 8/Plus Does anyone know what courier apple use for shipping back trade in phones? (UK)

I'm trading in my old phone for a new phone, and I've opted to trade in in store, but I'm thinking about asking for a trade in kit instead because I want to confirm my 2FA apps work before wiping my old phone. Does anyone know what couriers come and pick up your trade in phones to ship back? I'm asking incase its one of those useless couriers that never turn up (DPD/Hermes for example).
