iPhone Does deleting recent calls on iPhone also delete on Mac

Does deleting/clearing the recent call list on the iPhone also clears the cal history shown in the FaceTime app on the Mac? I thought this is true. But now if I clear call history on the phone, it does not seem to affect the call history on Mac.

I am on Tmobile. I have Wi-Fi calling enabled and Wi-Fi calling on iCloud-connected devices are supported on T-mobile.
