Does iOS 8 Finally Allow Text Size Adjustment in Safari?

Biggest complaint about ios. Reader function is useless for most sites I use.

Most android browsers have this down pat. Just scale the text to the adjustment you prefer and everything flows properly.

Safari's small font severely strains my eyes. Can anyone check this for me?
