iPad mini Does iPad Mini (2023) Supports 4K YouTube App???

Does it even have a native 4K resolution? and on that screen size, full hd is more than sufficient if I don’t glue the screen right at my face and look for pixels with a magnifier.

Correct me if I am wrong but even on an iPad Pro 12.9 it makes no sense to watch 4k...right..?!

It’s roughly 2K I believe. You probably couldn’t physically tell the difference if it were though, great little display.
