Does Linux Mint Use Which Bootloader: Grub 2, Syslinux, Burg (more GUI Grub 2) or rEFInd?

Hi Mac friends. Linux Mint seems to have the most powerful bootloader able to boot more platforms (from BIOS based, to EFI based to UEFI based computers all in their standard installer), is it using:

a) Grub 2

b) Syslinux

c) Burg

d) rEFInd

e) rEFInd Plus

f) or another bootloader (what's the name)?

And is it a modified version of whichever bootloader it's using?
