iPhone Does Photomanager - let me take a photo and get it saved directly into a folder (not called recent?)

The app says it allows you to take photos and save direclty into an album. Does this mean it does not go into the RECENT folder and instead, goes direclty into a folder I choose?

I find it annoying that all pics go in recent...including pics I take, pics people send me, screenshots, etc.
