Hi,

I would like to use a nVidia 4090 in the MacPro for gaming in Windows.

Does it fit in the case and can I run it in Windows in Bootcamp?

Thank you in advance :)

There is a bracket that fits the PCIe fan that moves it backwards so you can fit the 4090fe but nothing else will fit in there.

The 4090 FE has added thickness (61 mm vs 57 mm for the RTX 3090 FE) while the RTX 3090 FE is actually longer at 313 mm compared to the 304 mm length of the 4090 FE.

Above is the size of the 4090 FE

Do you use the 4090 FE for gaming under bootcamp? What are you experiences? Heat, fan noise etc.

Yes Boot Camp, heat is always consistent and more profounding when under heavy load (games). Fan noise is also audible but it is less than 3090 in my memory. When no load, it is super quiet. Hope this helps.
