Planning on picking up a 15 pro to replace my 13 pro. Back when i bought the 13 pro you had to buy the 256GB model in order to be able to have access to the pro res options when shooting video. Is that still the case with the 15 pro?

The reason I ask is because in all the reviews I’ve watched no one mentions this… and can;’t find mention of it on Apples website either…

• ProRes support for 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB storage capacity:
• 4K at 60 frames per second (fps), iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max only, when using an external storage device that supports speeds of at least 220MB per second and maximum power draw of 4.5W
• 4K at 30 fps, 25 fps, and 24 fps
• 1080p HD at 60 fps, 30 fps, and 25 fps
• ProRes support for 128 GB storage capacity:
• 1080p HD at 30 fps and 25 fps
• 4K at 60 frames per second (fps), iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max only, when using an external storage device that supports speeds of at least 220MB per second and maximum power draw of 4.5W
