I'm not sure where I read this but I think I read that the XS has a different power draw for Qi wireless charging than the previous X. Meaning it's able to draw at a higher wattage. I could be misremembering though.
Anyway the reason I mention it is becuase my car has a built in wireless charging pad, I used it often with the X. Today i put the XS on it and suddenly the indicator lights on the pad start blinking which has never hadppend before. I looked it up and it indicated that the pad was overheating. Now this was from a car that started with a cold start, so the pad was not actually hot or overheating. And it was also not an issue I ever had before.
Anyone elese have this issue?
