Does the PITAKA Carbon Fiber Watch Band Stay on your wrist or not?

There seems to be mixed reviews on whether the PITAKA Carbon Fiber Watch band stays latched or not. What is your experience does it fall off unexpectedly?

I would like to try one of these (and Air Case) but don’t want the hassle of the watch falling off my wrist.
