So I came across this site http://jailbreakmyios8.com/ and it supposedly jailbreaks iOS 8.3 not sure if MacRumors has heard anything about it or if anyone on the forums has heard/tried it.

Indeed. More than likely it's yet another in a long list of scam jailbreak sites.

I would stick with this site or iclarified for info on jailbreaking. You may have to navigate through the internet a**hole warriors on this site, but you will find some great info from some helpful members.
