Is there any way to completely remove dosdudes patches so I can clone and run my High Sierra system to a supported computer.
In fact is it even necessary to remove these patches to safely run on a supported mac?
Any clarification would be welcome...

Hmm...
Fresh install High Sierra to the drive you want to boot the "real" Mac.
Migrate files and apps from the patch system to that fresh install.
Then you would have a complete install as on the patched system, but can then boot to any usual supported Mac.
