downloading Bridge

I did a Google search, and found that yes, you can at least download Adobe Bridge 2023.
You install it the same way you do other applications in the Creative Cloud. Via Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop application.
After scouring Adobe's website, it seems the days of individual installers are a thing of the past, and you'll need to use their application. Only a small handful of applications they develop have stand alone installers, and Bridge isn't one of them.
You can install Bridge versions 13.0.3 and back as far as 12.0.
Next to the Application you want, hit the "..." for additional options and select Other Versions.
