Dragging tracks to top of a playlist problem

Hi,

I often press 'command O' to add a track to my iTunes, i then right click on it and select 'add to apple music library' so i can add this track to a playlist on my phone. The problem is when i drag that track to my selected playlist, it always adds it to the bottom of the playlist, not the top, how can i make it so that when i drag a track to a playlist it goes straight to the top?

I have tried clicking the little down arrow in the playlist to sort them the other way, but the problem then is that my iPhone doesn't match this.

My playlist is sorted by date added, yet it still adds it to the bottom.
