I have a full retail copy of CS3 which I had for a while and decided to put on my imac but as it now old software the activation server is dead.
So adobe gave me a new key and a link to download a different version which does not need a server to activate.
However I need to download akamai download manager to get the software downloaded.
Akamai software fails, says encountered a problem, please try again.
8 attempts and 6 reboots still will not install and as such cannot download the copy of dreamweaver.
I cannot afford new copy of dreamweaver at moment as my employer recently went bust so I am unemployed at present.
I have emailed akamia and adobe only lets me use the community for help.
I know it's old software but has anyone else had this?
