No iPhone so I tried it in Safari. Cute, although the play isn't deep enough. On the iPhone, is the jumping forward cumbersome? In Safari/Mac, you have to press up and let go of right (before or after up) and then re-press it (after up) to jump forward.

in Safari (Mac & Win) and Explorer (Win) you can use the arrow keys, the buttons are only for the iPhone

Dario,
Nice work! But I notice it has no sound, as many other iPhone apps/games...

This has been a problem so far for myself and others... any ideas?

In this way you can jump vertically and diagonally, otherwise we need to insert other buttons.

is it in full screen in portrait mode? what happen in landscape mode?

even better, but still could be faster. wow, this is weird, on my laptop its flying. goes to show how slow the browser is with ajax. this is not a good replacement for a sdk. i really hope apple opens up. but in the meantime, your doing an incredible job!

yeah... still slow. however, i do like the new layout. it's easier to play with the buttons right at the bottom like that.

optimized a little bit, please let me know if it is better now
It's definitely very slow. Graphics are awesome and the concept is solid. I kind of found out the hard way, too, that non-CoreAnimation on the iPhone is pokey (eg. through the browser canvas). All the animations I've tried did not translate well, and kind of made June 29th a bit of a downer for me than it otherwise was. Kind of makes a lot of ideas someone dead in the water until Apple opens the phone up to 3rd party development. At this point, where I thought there was possibility, I've found too much compromise to be flexible enough.
