I've got duplicate entries for most of the purchased film content sat in iCloud - anyone got any ideas how to remove the duplicates so it shows only one entry for each film?

I want to be able to see my cloud content, so turning off "show iTunes purchases" is not an option.
I've signed out of my apple ID, I've rebooted the device. I've deleted all other content via iTunes so no data is held locally on the device.

Options?
BTW this is one of the kids iPads, the other one is fine, no issues at all.
Both devices are sat on 9.3.1, all other iPads and iPhones are only showing one entry.

**update**
DFU, full restore has cleared it all out.
