I scheduled my monthly payment on 9/2 as I usually do the beginning of the month. On Saturday, I see in the Wallet app that two identical payments were made from my bank account and applied to my AC balance. I chatted with an AC Rep and they were, not shockingly, less than helpful.
Given what I’ve read, I take it’s best to dispute with my bank? Unfortunately, both payments are still ’processing’ in my bank account, so they can’t take action until it posts. The AC rep I chatted with on Saturday opened a case regarding the issue, but I doubt that will be a help. Has anyone had a similar experience here? What was the resolution?
