Dynamic Island Overlap bug?

Anyone else experiencing this issue where the App Library or widgets screen seems to overlap with the dynamic island? If you open an app from the App Library and then close it, the overlap occurs. I even factory restored the phone and it still does it.

I'm also getting this on 16.1 beta on my 14 Pro Max. I noticed that the text box is high on my 13 Pro.

There are quite a few apps (such as YouTube) which overlap with the Dynamic Island – but I guess developers will iron these out in time.
