Dynamic range

Do you always have high dynamic range activated or do you only activate it, when you watch videos on YouTube and HDR movies?

My primary monitor is a Samsung 32" Odyssey Neo G7 MiniLED so I have HDR enabled as a default.

Default enabled on non-Apple monitors with HDR capability and on my Pro Display XDR, the OS controls it.
