Hi all!
I have an apple watch series 4 bought in Germany and I also activated the ECG feature there. Now I'm living in Bulgaria, here the ECG functionality is not available. My question is: If I buy series 6 from Bulgaria and what will happen to the ECG and irregular heartbeat notification? Will it be lost? Or will be transferred to the new watch?
Thanks.

It'll "just work" as long as you've got saved ECG data, etc. I just set up my AW6 (as a new watch, no less) and I've got ECG even though I live in a non-ECG-enabled region, the watch and the phone were purchased locally as well. But I had ECG enabled on my AW4 so it worked fine on the 6, from the start.
