Resolved Edit/ delete "downtime contact" in iCloud

I need to edit and delete contacts in iCloud
I cannot , I never knew I had "Downtime" contacts, this is new
I turned off my “downtime” from all my devices and from my husband too, because if you share with your family you need to do so
BTW we never used “downtime” but to have it off we needed to turn it on and off again
Computer doesn't have it
What is the magic key to be able to do what I need to do ?

Answering to myself in case someone else needs it.
After a lot of different tests, I found one solution
Using an old device, I synced all contacts with iCloud
Then from my device I deleted all contacts. So did iCloud 🥳
Of course I paid a close attention to the other devices I have,
just to be sure none was sharing contacts with iCloud .
No more downtime contacts anywhere!
