Hi
I need some help here please.
I have requested to EE UK to unlock my iPhone5 as i have a 2 year contract with them and its over the qualifying period to have it unlocked.Tonight they took my IMEI number and said they will send it off to Apple to get authorisation to unlock it.Great i thought.
Later they have sent me a text to say they cannot unlock it as they did not supply the phone to me and i should contact the supplier of it.
I got the phone from Phones 4U last July but i know they won,t unlock it for me and neither will Apple.
So what can i do?
I have the contract with EE and therefore they should unlock it surely?
I really need to change to another network as EE are totally abissmal here.I dont want to change my iPhone 5 either as i,m quite happy with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
