I’m on a full works iPhone plan with 14 pro with free upgrade after 12 months. When the 15 is launched is it best to ring up or upgrade via the app. Wondering if any offers to do it on phone? What did people do last year? Thanks

Probably easier to do it through the app, very very rare to get an offer on an iPhone unless it is already advertised by the carrier and usually no offers to be had when you preorder or buy the device within the first 6 months of launch

My SIM only plan with EE is up at the end of this month but if you don't renew and agree a new contract, your plan should stay as it is but it'll switch to a 30 day rolling plan.

I pay £12 p/m for 30gb of data which I don't use anywhere near

There's an offer on there for me for £16 p/m, unlimited data, 24m contract. Tempted to just take that so I know I'm locked in for two years but might just try the PAC code request so retentions call me and see what they offer

Done the PAC code request thing. Got a call from EE within an hour. Agreed 30gb for 12 months at £9 per month
