I have a Mac Pro 5,1 (flashed 2009), with an internal Crucial SSD.
I want to install El Capitan on this drive.

I use an El Cap USB drive, but when I want to install the OS I don't even see any internal drives. But I can install it on the same SSD, when used external. Also nothing to see in Terminal and Disk Util.

The weird thing is everything works fine when using my old Snow Leopard DVD. I can see all the drives just fine and I can install 10.6 on the ssd and run it.

Any tips? Thanks!
I tried everything: PRAM reset, SMC, the firmware update, disk restore/check, different drives, different GPU, different El Cap installer, with USB and directly from the Mac, ...
