Embedding using Quicktime Streaming Server

Hello,

I'm going to college for broadcasting and am doing some volunteer work at a local nonprofit to help them implement streaming video on their website.

They have an Apple X Server with Quicktime Streaming Server and have granted me access/passwords/etc.

I have compressed the video in H.264, hinted for streaming, and all of the other correct parameters.

The video is uploaded onto their server and is currently in the "Movies" folder within the "QuickTimeStreaming" folder.

My problem is that I don't know where to go from here.

I'm not familiar with html, but I found this website (http://cit.ucsf.edu/embedmedia/step1.php) that is supposed to create the html for you but it doesn't seem to work...

I wish QTSS had a manual.....
