Resolved Emergency- WinterBoard Problems

I am trying to install WinterBiard on my iPod touch 3G running 5.1.1. When I try and install it, it says-

Install- WinterBoard

Remove- FolderEnhancer
Infinidock
(a package I forgot)
Rocky Raccoon 5.1.1 Untether

Now, I know what Rocky Raccoon is what makes my device boot up.

I downloaded WB and it removed everything it said it was going to remove, but I quit Cydia after the download.

2 Questions-
1. Will my device be able to boot up now?

2. Can I ever install WB?

Update- FolderEnhancer appears to be there (tested by opening the folders) and WB is installed (without reboot). However, when I checked in the installed packages section, FolderEnhancer, Infinidock and Rocky Raccoon weren't there. What the hell will happen? What do I do? Please help!

By the way, I want to avoid restoring. Even though I can re-JB and I know about PkgBackup and all, I want to try and stay JB'ed.

Update- I rebooted (booted down and then booted up). It booted up about 10 times faster than usual. My SB looks like my pre-JB SB except my Cydia packages are there.

Update- Re-JB'ed. All is well.
