The HDD of my Mac failed several months ago (after trying to upgrade to Sierra) replaced it with an SSD.
Since then I have not been able to open the sparse image even though I have the password. (pretty sure, but it fails to open)
In terminal: Attach failed: Authentication error.
Can not find passphrase in the keychain search, which is correct: never saved it in keychain.
Is there anything I can do/missing here? I am all out of ideas right now. (Tried JtR, but am not familiar with this program at all)
