Before buying a stand you intend to travel with, I'd suggest finding out what the weight and dimensions are. (Didn't see it on the site.) While it looks like a decent stand for home use, it definitely looks bulkier even folded down than any stand I'd personally use for travel.

Note also that it's only usable with the ipad 2, 3, and 4. It won't work with any version of the Mini or the Air. I've gone through quite a few stand options for both iPads and iPhones over the years; I won't buy one that is device specific, because then you end up having to buy all over again when you upgrade and find your new device doesn't fit because Apple has changed their dimensions.
