iPhone Error: "safari cannot open the page because it cannot redirect to locations starting with"

I get this error:
"safari cannot open the page because it cannot redirect to locations starting with (app)"

Tried force quit Safari
Tried restarting phone.

I had the BK app which I deleted in past. Reinstalled and used a emailed Log In link, but link failed to connect with app.

Ideals to fix?
