One of my favorite games of all time, this is one of the few games that I consider art. I used to be really active on the Paradox forums, but sadly the EUII section has dried up. I did not like III or IV, neither the gameplay or style appealed to me.
If anybody here has played this game, let me know. It's a niche game from almost 20 years ago, so would not be surprised if this got little response. Perhaps you may have some old strategies/tips on this game if you were as avid a player as I was.
