I know that these 2 programs are not MAC made, but can't get much help from the PC Eggspurts out there.

Our MS Exchange 2000 server and our MAC laptops with Entourage 2004 are having problems with deleting old mail. We have a small business and Exchange only allows 15GB of space.

When we delete mail from the Exchange 2000 server, the mail re-populates on the MAC laptops and server after it is deleted. We tried this and worked for a while - 1. delete messages on the webmail page, 2. deleted messages on the Entourage (MAC laptops) and then 3. Cleared the cache on the MAC\Entourage 2004.
However, the messages somehow sync back into the fray and the server gets full again. One user had over 4 GB's on his exchange account and we were able to get it down to about 2Gb's but is now over 3.3Gb's in less than a day. Somehow Exchange and Entourage are resyncing the data. We have plans in the works to get a new server (Exchange 2008) but need to buy some time till we do.

Thanks for any advice or ideas out there.

Ken
