Executing an Applescript from a Webpage

Is it possible for me to run an applescript from a webpage?

Like i've created an applescript app that opens another application, Air Cam, so i can view the iSight camera from my iTouch.

Is there a way I can execute either the applescript or the Air Cam.app from a webpage I can put in the sites folder so i can open the app from my iTouch?
